All league fees are to be paid on the first week of league.

If a player cannot pay league fees on week 1 you must notify the league office before the first week of play.
Returned checks will be charge a $25.00 fee.
Players are responsible for there own fees (League fees and quarter drop for all weeks)

Quarter drop ( is the amount of money you pay each week to play a match )
Example: Each player pays there money to play a match
3.75 x 10 weeks is $37.50 for the hole league.
Team Roster
All teams must have a team roster completed by the first day of league play, this is done online.
The roster is complete when all players on the team have register with Toledo darts, first & last name, mailing address, email and cell number for each player on the team.
Toledo darts recommends that each team added a extra player to their roster in cases of an emergency. ( matches are not rescheduled for your emergency )
Doubles teams may have 3 regular players & 1 sub.
Triples teams may have 4 regular player & 1 sub.
4 player teams may have 6 regular players & 2 sub.
Teams must get approval from the league office to add a player to there roster after the league has started.
Schedules
When the league schedule is posted, the dates for league play listed on the schedule are the last day a match can be played.
Matches may be played in advance but no later then the date posted on the schedule.
Matches being played in advance can not be play the same day as a posted match.
( 1 match per day )
A match can be played without all team member being present. The missing player or team score remains as it appears on the machine. You should manually pass that players turn in all games on the machine. ( the freeze rule is still in effect for all xo1 games )
Teams that forfeit a match will be charged $20.00 per player.
Teams looking for a sub. or have a sub. not on the team roster must contact the league office at 419) 304-8198 for approval. Teams that do not get approval, all games played with unapproved sub. will not count ( the league office will try it's best to find a sub. for your team )
Teams should sign-up dependable players & substitutes.
Weather: Toledo darts does not cancel dart league for a level 1 snow emergency but does cancel dart league for level 2 & 3 snow emergencies.
The schedule will be played as posted and matches cancel due to weather will added to the end of the schedule but before a position round.
